Born and raised on a California beef cattle operation, Linda has an eye for behind the scenes ranch work. She is a high school educator in the Central Valley and has also done a stint as an agriculture teacher and FFA Advisor. She is currently teaching computer applications and graphic design.
Linda likes to focus on sepia tone images and color landscapes. She has captured shots of rodeo scenes, cowboy gatherings, wagon trains, western landscapes and day-to-day working cowboys on her ranch, the family's ranch, and producers in the cattle industry.

Certain western images lend themselves to be printed in a sepia-toned format. They
impart a rustic image and an old time western feel. Hopefully, they will make you feel you are back in the 1800's
Clarity and depth of image is evident with black & white photography. This medium also lends itself to an old time image. Some photographs may be printed with reduced intensity to impart that old time feeling.
Color is used for landscape scenes and to capture the subtle shades of the outdoors. The intensity of blue skies and dark clouds could not be captured without the color contrast. A polarizing filter is used with most outdoor scenes.
Linda used Canon and Pentax Cameras. Kodak film is used and all prints are printed on Kodak paper. Two different photo labs are used for developing and Linda does most of the matting and framing of her prints. Frames and double mats are selected individually for each print.
Photo shoots are available at your ranch for children's birthdays and backyard events. Linda also shoots horse shows, rodeos, team penning, and ranch rodeos. The $100.00 charge includes all rolls of film for you to develop or they are developed and you receive 20 -- 4x6 photos of your choice and one 5x7 and one 8x12. There is an additional charge for larger prints.
Please call and make arrangements for special framing requests.
